Governor Jim Gilmore and the American Opportunity Foundation held the 7th Annual Transportation Policy Briefing with leading transportation experts and elected officials and discussed requirements in transportation funding, focusing on the role of federal dollars for infrastructure projects.  Governor Jim Gilmore, President & CEO of American Opportunity Foundation, presented the conservative approach to public transportation and introduced the Transportation Resource Library hosted on the Foundation’s website:
